💤 The Importance of Rest

Rest is very important for our body and mind. When we rest, our body recovers, and our mind becomes calm. When we do not get rest, we feel tired, stressed, and cannot think clearly.


Rest can be sleeping, taking short breaks, or relaxing after work or study. Even a few minutes of rest can make us feel refreshed and energetic again.
